bottle. Poured a amber brown colored Weizen with a three fingers beige foamy head that had a long retention. Active carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is dark fruits, ripe raisins, plums and a large sourish note. The flavour is roasted malts, dark fruits, sour cherries, notes of smoke. The palate is crispy. This light to medium bodied Weizen has a long sourish fruits end. More a flemish sour ale than a Weizen. May be a nice beer but absolutly not in accordance with the style.
