750 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery, BBF 02.02.2015. Poured an unfiltered and hazy golden-orange coloured Saison with a short one finger light beige foamy head that had a short retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. A lot of (big) floating sediments. The aroma is moderate malty, faint flowery tones, a touch of honey and unexpected light resinous hops. The flavor is moderate malty, grain, fruity, grainy apples, a flowery touch and bitter herbs. The mouthfeel is round and light bitter, the texture is watery. This medium bodied Saison has a dry flowery and bitter herbs finish. A pleasant flavoured Saison. The flowery tones give it an interesting spring character.
