July 2020: 500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 8.1%. Gusher bottle. Slightly hazy golden colour, huge and coarse white head. Pleasant aroma of brettanomyces, farmhouse kitchen, citrus, oak and apple cider vinegar. The flavour is quite dry and moderately sour, notes of brettanomyces and citrus again, fairly distinct bittering hops, a hint of salt.

Pours hazy lemon-yellow with a very thick eggshell head. My sample fizzed like mad, so have a big, thirsty towel handy if you buy a bottle. Aroma has malty, yeasty and fruity tones. Yeasty, malty flavor has a strong fruity underpinning of apple, tangerine and banana with wheaty hints and a bit of salt. Smooth, firm texture presents good fizz. Bottoms up!
