A new world version of an old world classic. Dark in color and light in body, this beer combines 'big beer' complexity and 'session beer' balance. Charged with nitrogen, "Old 89" pours beautifully, with the distinctive cascading body transforming into a perfectly dense and creamy head. Like the classics, plenty of coffee and chocolate come through. Like the modern nitro versions, it finished amazingly soft and light for a dark ale.
