500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Piebalga vase a clear and golden-yellow coloured Pale Lager with a two fingers slightly beige foamy head that had no retention and no micro bubbles. Intense carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is moderate malty, corn, rice, weak grassy hops. The flavour is sweety malts, cooked vegetables, hay, herbal notes, hints of honey. The mouthfeel is crispy, sparkling and quite sweety. The texture is watery. This light bodied Pale Lager has a dry finish. Easy drinkable, a pretty bottle, a pleasant glass, everything OK ? The answer is cleary No, the contents is overall a vague sweety juice ! A disappointement.
