This is not my favorite beer in the phantom canyon lineup. It has forgetable flavor. It is smooth, but doesn't stand up when compared to some of the other Colorado wheats.

Sampled on draft at Phantom Canyon. Pours yellow-gold - mostly clear - with an adequate head and nice lacing. Tart flavor with the typcial hefe phenols/esters. Good example of the style.

Pours cloudy gold, smallish head. The aroma is lemony, wheaty, and spicy, sweet overall. The flavor gives a lot of spice to the tip of the tongue, then a balanced wheat/grass taste with some notable citrus. Medium bodied and smooth.
