Petrus Nitro Cherry & Chocolate is a perfect blend of our Quadrupel, using 6 different types of roasted malts and delicious cherries. The nitrogen is of great added value to the quad, giving it more body and creaminess and making it extremely drinkable. Cheers!

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8.5%. Mahogany colour, small but lasting off-white to beige nitro head. Aroma of cherries and marzipan, hints of chocolate. Medium sweet flavour, distinct cherries and marzipan, moderate notes of chocolate. Low bitterness. Not your typical quad.

Pours opaque dark chocolate with a good buff head. Aroma delivers tart cherry, roast malt, semi-sweet chocolate, subtle candi and woody hop tones. Flavor features tart and sweet cherry, chocolate, roast malt, candi, woody hops, a little toffee on the back end. Texture provides form, smooth body and peppy fizz. You should getrus a bottle of Petrus.
