330 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery shop. Poured in the original Permon Seidel an unfiltered and opaque rich-burgundy coloured Fruit Beer with a generous four fingers tan pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is roasted malts and a bunch of dark fruits, plums, bilberries, blackberries, wildberries, blackcurrant, notes of coffee. The flavour is quite the same, roasted malts and the dark fruits plus a touch of herbal freshness. The mouthfeel is quite unplesant, the roasted malts are not at all blending with the dark fruits. This medium bodied Fruit Beer has a dry fruity finish. A not convincing Fruit Beer from North Bohemia.
