Not exciting, but drinkable and worth sampling. Appearance is typical clear lager-yellow. Aroma is strongly malty with yeasty overtone and a hint of fruit. Flavor is mainly malty, but it has a strong hoppy undertone that lends a little pleasant bitterness. Finish is smooth, a teeny bit on the thin side but still a good call.

A clear golden yellow beer with a nice white head but not much lacing - Good carbonation though. A sweet, grassy, wet wheat aroma with a touch of hops. Taste is initially sweet with a slightly bitterness from the hops and a nice smooth finish. Solidarność!

Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some rubber and also some grass. Flavour is cooked vegetables, malts, some mild rubber. Not much hops noteable in this one.

Nothing exciting about this, other than deciphering the name. Very basic and kind of flat tasting. Sort of skunky and some normal swillin flavors. Would have been cool if it translated to Pearl Necklace. Sorry, that was bad...

I saw this brew at a new package store that just opened up here and figured I would give it a shot. The aroma is sweet and malty as well as with some light grain or hay or farm straw and is actually not that bad at all with no detection of skunk at all. The appearance is a very pale golden in color when held to the light with a nice and full head on top that is creamy and remains throughout consumption and is white in color. The mouthfeel is very light-bodied with some grainy or malty complexity with some good balance with some saaz hops perhaps with a palate that is very wet-like and nice and actually coats nicely. The flavor is of sweet malt and grain and tastes very fresh with an aftertaste that is pretty smooth and unoffensive and has a finish that is wet-like and refreshing and is very similar to a blonde ale in my opinion and is very drinkable but does have some very slight alcohol burn with the ABV being right at 6.2% and that is alot for this style of brew. Overall, not a bad brew here and I am quite surprised at how refreshing and smooth and easy to drink this brew is; I would give this brew a shot again.

This is decent but not nearly as good as Okocim. I have to wonder how fresh the sample was. I'd try it again to compare because I'm suspicious it wasn't the best example.

I hope that I am reviewing the right beer here. I have had a Perla that I really enjoyed, and I believe it was the pils - at least it seemed most similar in style to a lager or pilsner. The Perla I had had all of the typical attributes of such a style, but what made it different was that it must have used a small quantity of smoky grain, because it had a hint of smokiness in the flavor.
