This Traditional Oktoberfest Style Lager is a well balanced beer with a sweet complex malt character balanced with German Tradition hops. Brewed with blend of German Pilsner and Vienna malt, two Caramunich malts, and Melanoidin, this beer has a medium body and reddish golden color. We will release our GermanFest annually for the St. Boniface GermanFest, in downtown Lafayette. Celebrate the fall season!

Pours clear coppery with a decent buff head. Aroma is malty and a little fruity, primarily pear; it is not strong, but still invites a taste. Refreshing flavor has notes of pear, apple and toasty malt with a subtle and bitter hoppy underpinning. Mouthfeel has average body and fizz, leaving a crisp and slightly hoppy finish. Enjoy any time of year.
