Limitierte edition. Zutaten : Wasser, Weizenmalz, Gerstenmalz, Spezialmalz Carared, Hefe, Hopfen, Aromahopfen ( Bravo, Cascade ). Gebraut nach dem bayerischen Reinheitsgebot von 1516.

    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Paulaner Weissbier Vase an unfiltered and cloudy pale amber-orange HW with a three fingers light dense, soapy and light beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is yeast, moderate wheat malts, overwhelming bitter and aromatic hops, juicy acidic fruits, citrus, grapefruits, flowery notes. The flavour is yeast and sweety wheaty malts overwhelmed by an intense bitter hoppy feeling, notes of acidic fruits, citrus, grapefruits. The mouthfeel is clean, quite thin and intense bitter. The texture is watery. This medium bodied HW has a long fruity and hoppy bitter finish. Wow ! The Paulaner Braumeisterinnen ( ladies ) are bringing with the add of dry hopping in the Weissbier-brewing process more than a personal touch. An adaptatability is necessary ... and the result is not bad at all !
