Pour this medium-bodied Imperial IPA for a bit of snap and crackle - and plenty of hop. Brewed with Motueka hops from New Zealand, it starts dry and finishes crisp.

Rice evokes the images of Japan and Budweiser when it is mentioned in connection with beer. The beer pours a nice medium gold colour, some reddish hues, and a generous white cap. The aroma is grains, weak citrusy hops, and some yeast. The flavour is light citrus, some caramellish notes, and more yeast. Not something I liked.

Pours a cloudy golden-amber with lots of particles through it. Warm cap, frothy, creamy, good retention and some nice lacing. Aromas of hops (which I am not a fan off) with caramel and orange notes. The taste is a little better with the grassy hops balanced with the fruity malts. Hints of wax in the finish. Not the best Imperial IPA, but a true one that is still worth trying. Smooth overall.

Cloudy orange pour, which could put some people off. Not too shabby in the head and lace department. Citrus and breaded malt aroma. Flavour of caramel malt, citrus fruit and herbal. Nice lemon to it. Medium/semi oily mouthfeel. I like the labels from this brewery (so far)

Pours a fairly thick frothy creamy beige head and has a murky orange appearance with sediments clearly visible. Thick dirty lacing. Aromas are fairly hoppy but with notes of malts, yeast and grains. Flavours are quite yeasty, caramel and bready malts, resin hops. Alcohol is just a bit noticeable in the finish. Has a bit of bitterness on the palate but was expecting a bit more with 70 ibu's.

The beer pours a hazed golden orange with a thick creamy light tan coloured cap. The aroma is pine, grains, citrus, and yeast. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is butterscotch and citrus, with hints of grains. Decent. -

Bomber from Central City. Cloudy orange pour under a creamy, ivory head. Complex aroma, lots of pine, grapefruit, hops, malt, but not real hint of the high ABV. Pleasing flavour, with all the aforementioned, and no alcohol burn. Rich and smooth mouthfeel. Don't know about a 'crisp' finish. Nicely done.
