An amber colored beer with a small, one fingered sudsy textured off white head that rises briefly above. There is a thin ringlet left. I get notes of honey on the nose. Grainy, cereal notes in the tasting. Not any hops to balance the sweetnes, though not overbearingly sweet. Smooth.
