Since then, husband and wife team, Ken and Julia Rosenthal, have won five Best Florida Beer Championship medals. The key to their success — outside of meticulous brewing practices — is taking advantage of Florida’s native flora. Their newest year-round beer, Lucky Lucy Strawberry Blonde, is brewed with Plant City strawberries and the Clearwater Honey Cream is brewed with Florida orange blossom honey. Their love of hops and their pilgrimages to the west coast has led them to craft award winning IPAs as well. The name, Pair O’ Dice, is a play on the word “paradise” and it‘s how these native Floridians pay homage to their home state of Florida.
