HAd this beer a couple of nights ago, bought it at Brewery Creek, and wasn't even that excited about it. Boy was I in for a treat. I'm a big IPA fan, and really appreciated that this had a very unique IPA flavour. Not overly hoppy, or overpoweringly bitter, instead it was a really smooth strong beer. Hid the alcohol very well, we were surprised it was 7.8%.

Added to BP 01 March 2010; From Brewery Creek. Poured a minimal head over a heavily sedimented dark copper body. Some hops in the sroma, not as much as i'd anticipated. Taste not bad, biiter as expected, plus an odd yet not off-putting undertone. An okay beer, not aa good as hoped.

Nice brown slightly cloudy with a thick skiff that’s very bubbly. Grapefruit, some alcohol, vanilla, and I want to say copper if that really is a smell can all be found in the nose. Taste is much of the same but add a massive bitter finish. Wish this brew was maltier and more intense but still very good especially for the price. DRINK LOCAL.
