Nice light yellow pour with a thin lacing that lingered for a bit around the rim. This is a thin corn malt beer that I found quite nice. Maybve my beer tastes are changing, but I did enjoy this one.

Enjoyed at Pelons Tex Mex in Austin, Texas. Light golden colour with a white cap, looking like a cerveza should - with some light spots of lace. Light malty aromas with some sweetness. Same for taste. Refreshing crisp, not-offensive cervesa.

Bottle from Tim, thanks. Clear yellow, short lasting foam head. Barley aroma and taste of mass produced pale lager, which it is. Could taste better when in Mexico. (Velp 201507)

run-of-the-mill. Slightly more malty and hoppy than some Mexican beers. yellow amber color with a little short lasting head. I thought it a bit watery.

Another ruin of the mill Cervaza . Pours medium yellow with thick white head with aroma of corn and malt. Like all Mexican beer just add a wedge of lime to it and it's drinkable.

light color, not much aroma. decent flavor if you like a skunky bavarian flavor. First tried this because it was in the top ten on another beer list. Better than Corona but still a very average beer. Not bad for the price.

This is solid Mexican beer. It pours thick and golden with a frothy head. Get past the typical mexican beer ass aroma and this is good stuff. Cereal grains predominate. Add some lime and you have a really nice beer.

Nose is minimal, grass and perfume hops notes, lavender or dissipated sweet-tarts. Average to poor head sits atop pale gold body. Watery mouth. Not much flavor, a little pissy, grass and skunk with some flavorless bitterness. Has perhaps a touch more character than Carona.

nice yellow color, virtually no aroma or head. Flavor is a little watery so add some lime (maybe alot of lime). Ensure beer is really cold before drinking.

Out of towner friends visiting this past weekend and they bought a 12-pack of this to bring to a barbeque. What a great beer to bring to a BBQ! does not taste like corn, and you can drink it all night and not feel particularly drunk. A bit of a headache the next day, but that is easily fixed. Pale urine yellow, light smear of white head on the the sides of the glass. Some of these lagers have a funny artificial flavor, but not this one. Nicely done, Ethan and Alysia!

Smuggled back over the border to the great white north by one of my many beer mules. Thank gawd this is in a can instead of the normal clear glass you get from most Mexican beers, hopefully this will ward away the skunk demons. As I pour this into my glass my wife comments it looks like lightly colored sparkling pee, I can’t disagree with that one bit. A sickly looking bubble island is the only cap I got out of this. Aroma is what I was expecting but better than I thought it would be, corn, very mild skunk, and a way out of place banana. Like the aroma this is not horrid tasting what was unexpected. Grainy, with dissolved pennies, sweet corny finish, and just a hint of a bitter hop. Very light and easy to pound……just like Nichol Ritchie. Whatever this is perfect for what it is made for getting drunk on the beach as you abuse the all-inclusive pre-paid bar at whatever resort you’re staying at. It better then Corona and that’s all that really matters…………….God bless the can.
