2012 bottle vintage, 6.4%, stemless pour @RLRL. Still, dark ruby, no chunks. Dark fruit, raisin, port, chocolate oxidation, veg, Dr pepper spice. Carbonic & real acidy upfront. Old fruit, sour plum, lemon juice, peach pit, subtle cider vinegar sweetness. Rindy, bitter earth, decent oxidation, somewhat boozy. Complex, but it was a bit too old. BB: 29/03/2022. Cheers.

Sample from 375 ml corked green bottle, at Cardinal’s stand at Øl- og Akevittmessen in Stavanger. Hazy golden colour, fizzy white head. Complex and funky aroma and flavour, fairly acidic, notes of farmhouse and lemons. Proved quite popular at the festival.

Pours translucent apricot with a thin ivory head. Aroma provides tart tropical fruit. Flavor supplies tart tropical with a pomme hint - that's it. Texture delivers good body and lively fizz. Hey why not.

Embrace the Funk Fest. Slightly cloudy golden straw color, tight white head and cap, some lacing, nicely carbonated. Funky very tart aroma and initial flavor, very tart indeed, lemons, funk, yeasts, floralness, more tart and funk. Very earthy. Loved it.

A golden color with a white head. Aroma contains some vinegar, lemons, a bit funky. Flavor is sour with vinegar, lemons, and grassy notes. This is not punch you in the sour but still a guezue nonetheless. Overall very nice beer and worth the price.

Hazy golden yellow with lasting small white foam head, lacing a bit to glass. Bubbly a bit like champagne. Small sour beer aroma. Taste is interestung, crisp, fresh, bit sour. Some fruity notes. Short aftertaste, nice beer. (Velp 201302)

Nice lively barnyard aroma, with some lemon and green olives. Bubbly, slick slighty gassy feel. A little clean for the style, but quite good. Decent amount of tartness keeps one's attention focused.

Peachy cloudy body with a thin bubble ring floating around the out sided edge of the glass. Big, big funky aroma with lemon candy, vinegar, white wine....so complex in a simple way. Big lemon sour funk, bret, vinegar, more stuff. Big tart finish that turns sweet and lingers. So very dry its just sucking the syliva out of my mouth leaving only SAND! The more I drink the more I think this is a a dry white wine. By far the easiest drinking gueuze and there for my favorite Gueuze I ever had.

Been itching to try this .. . 750ml amazingly shared by my boy Lee and about 2 other people.. . pours a lightly hazed gold amber .. pretty impressive fluffy head, light white prison bar lacing .. . sparkling light tartness, some hay and minerals .. almost a sour fruitiness too .. . very easy to drink, well balanced and an enjoyable level of sourness .. . not as sour as Cantillon or 3F gueuze's but a delicious and welcomed addition to the lambic world!!
It reminds me of a French Canadian tennis racket, stuck to the back of a Venus snow-goon, bubbling out of my sister's Brazilian donkey - I don't think I can make myself any clearer! -

Bottled (thanks Chriso). Hazy orange colour, small head. Quite lively. Aroma is tart wood, some fruits, mild earth as well as some mild berries as well. Flavour is tart wood, some earth, mild sour fruits as well as some earthyness. Pleasantly balanced.
