Bitter, citrusy, and piney. Flaked rye from Maine Grains adds a slight spiciness and reddish hue. Aggressively hopped with Columbus, Centennial, and Amarillo hops from the West Coast. Additional hop additions in the whirlpool and multiple rounds of dry-hopping in the fermentor impart delicious flavor and aroma.
