Classic pale ale malts and crystal malts, Carapils and Chocolate, are mashed in the old world way using an English infusion mash method. American hop varieties, Columbus, Centennial and Cascade, are then added three times in an hour long brew and then dryhopped in the fermentor with Cascade hops. Orlando water is essential to achieving a pleasant hop bitterness.

A robust and heavy IPA. Malty and bitter, but the balance could be better. Cloudy medium-orange appearance with off-white head. Perhaps a little too much carbonation, as it has that slight gassy aftertaste. Was curious about this, and was one of the choices at BurgerFi (burger cafe)...plus wanted to support our local brewery...but not an IPA that I would seek out.
