sad, sad story, since this beer ended an easter beer tasting prematurely... it was a bitter and sour, too sour experience for any of us to continue after we'd tried this one - the color is dark caramel, the head is very weak and the laces are gone very fast, the aroma is somewhat bitter, with hops and some flowers, but the taste and the feel is too fresh and bubbly for me, too bitter sour (I guess that's the flowers kicking in there) and it's simply not very balanced at all in that department

June 2021: 330 ml bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgård. Organic. ABV is 7.2%. Slightly hazy dark brown colour, moderate off-white to beige head. Aroma of malts, caramel sauce, spices, burnt syrup / treacle, earthy hops. Malty flavour, moderately sweet, with the same elements as the aroma. Not bad at all.

hazy ruby-brown colour, almost no foam, plum and licorice aroma, sweeties-like, oily and sweet, full-bodied, slightly dry and moderately fruity finish - heavy and rather cloying

Poured a reddish brown color with a small off white head and no lacing. Buttery, chocolate, nutty, lightly roasted, caramel malt aroma. Mild dry, oak, chocolate, roast and a carboardy finish.
