Back in the Day IPA is an old school American IPA using the classic 4 “C’s” hops. Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and Columbus. These hops are known for their citrusy notes and were once the backbone of American IPA’s. We also use a nice, simple malts to let the hops shine through.

One of the best new local IPAs around in FL right now. Many of these FL-style IPAs have a lot of malt and citrus/fruity flavors....but this leans more towards West-Coast. Clearish mild gold to light orange appearance. Not much malt, but nice amount of hops for mid 6%. Clean and well-balanced. Can't wait to grab another 6-pack!
