This German Style wheat beer has a nice bready base from the wheat and with a banana and clove-like character created by the yeast. Light German wheat beer, bright banana character shows through with just a hint of clove. Light oak smoke character persists throughout. Pairs well with spicy foods such as curries, bold and sweet desserts, smoked and grilled meats and fried chicken. Anything with smoke to it would pair nicely.
