This version of the India Pale Ale is made with American hops which impart citrus and floral notes to the aroma. British and American Barley adds just the right balance to give the beer a smooth malty character that mingles with the intense hop flavors and lingering bitterness.

Sampled @ Pizza Port Real Ale Festival 2003. Dark copper pour with a quickly diminishing head. This is pure piney/citrusy hop juice! Hopheads rejoice for this medium bodied libation is made for backyard bbqs and easy drinking. Strange sweetly bitter finish which lends to this beers uniqueness.

Light amber color with diminishing head and minimal lacing. A very good San Diego style IPA with nice floral aroma and nice bitter hoppiness. Glad to see these guys back up and running.

This IPA pours with an amber body topped by a thin to medium thick off-white head with a good amount of lacing. The aroma is sweet and slightly bitter and boppy with a nice fruitiness and a touch of pine. The flavor is slightly sweet and hoppy with lemony notes and a hint of pint. Slight notes of apricot are also noticed. Medium bodied, relatively smooth and dry.
