My sample fizzed quite a bit, so have a towel handy! Comes out of the bottle a nice clear amber with a fairly thick cream-yellow head. Strong aroma has malty, caramel, yeasty, apple and subtle butterscotch notes. Flavor has a strong apple note, somewhat like a cider, along with malty, hoppy and caramel notes. Hop bitterness nicely counterbalances the fruity sweetness. Smooth, solid texture has a good amount of tingle and life. Be sure to hunt for this one!

Sampled with KnoxBeerCrew. Yellow pour with slight white head, some lacing, lacking much carbonation. Sweet honeysuckle aroma, some spices and floral, not much funk or yeasts. A bit cloying. Taste is a touch over sweet, light fruity with apples and pears, very little funk, some honey. Probably the least well-received saison of the tasting.
