Okkara páskir er ein myrk, ravlitað og eyðdrukkin øl. Góða javnvágin millum úrvalsger og tvey sløg av malti og humlu gevur ein leskiligan smakk, ið ger ølina vælegnaða aftur við øllum føroyskum mati. Bryggingarhátturin er serligur: Ølin er bryggjað í tveimum; eitt bryggj við undirger og eitt við yvirger, ið síðani eru lagraði saman.

    330 ml can, at Etika, Torshavn. ABV is 5.8%. Red colour, moderate beige head. Nice hoppy aroma (American hops?), hints of orange marmalade. The flavour has moderate but pleasant American hops throughout. A nice surprise from Okkara!

    Canned. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, some mild hops along with some sweetness and mild wooden notes. Flavour is sweet malts, mild spicyness, some wood as well as mild hoppyness.
