Pours a good size foamy tan head and has a dark amber appearance. Dirty sticky lacing. Aromas of roasted malt, grains and wheaty notes. Flavours are somewhat the same, with the grain, wheat and malty notes, also a little bit sweet with subtle hints of spices. Fairly slick and drying mouthfeel, a bit of bitterness as well. Not bad.

Part of their Winter Craft Pack. Pours a clean deep amber colour with a warm light-beige head, good retention and decent creamy lacing. Aromas are sweet with malt and some nice grass at first, that disappears with time. The taste is also malty with some sweetness. Some caramel, some roastiness, but not getting the nuttiness. Kind of a cheap, easy-drinking brown ale. Not a craft one.

First time I saw this beer in liquor store. Nice dark color, somewhat bitter finish. Strong flavor, roasted, nutty, but not overpowering. Not a lot of head, but did leave nice lace. Have had better examples of this style.
