Porter has been produced in Gothenburg (Göteborg) since the early 1800´s. Ocean Göteborgsporter is brewed with Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt, Chocolate-, Black-, Crystal-, Cara- and wheat malt. Bittering-hop: Galena. Aroma-hop: Bramling Cross. Well balanced, smooth porter - suitable as a social drink or to go with mussles or oysters.

Pors out in an opaque black colour with a low creamy pale brown head. Rich rounded aroma of coffee beans, roasted malts, chocolate sauce and burnt sugar. Medium-bodied with rounded notes of roasted coffee, dark chocolate and prunes. Long silky smooth finish of roasted coffee, chocolate sauce, salt and almonds. Tasty porter, really drinkable stuff.
