The Munich classic, Occidental style. Malty and smooth, we produce our Dunkel with a clean-fermenting ale yeast, leaving a beer with a hint more flavor complexity than a Dunkel lager. On tap @ Occidental. Deep brown pour, slight tight tan head, nice lacing. Nice balance of light sweet grains, hops and yeasts, some caramel and creaminess, Super easy to drink.

Had this on draft at Occidental. Pours dark brown, finger sized head. Caramel, toffee and coffee on the nose. Mouthfeel is creamy, substantial with some present bitter chocolate and a spicy finish.
