Third Noctem of the night (all with Mosaic), first a Session, then normal IPA and now this Double IPA. Hazy golden colour with a white frothy head, decent stay and some lacing. Loads of citrus aromas with some herbal notes. Alcohol does appear with time, some bitterness. Citrusy flavours as well, but with a touch of peach, tropical fruits. Decent dryness builds in the finish. Zest-tart is lightly left on the tongue. An easy-drinking, refreshing, decent-drying citrusy Double IPA.
