A bright amber colored beer with a big light cherry tinted white sudsy textured head rising above. There's some hang time on the head. It settles into light film and thin ringlet. Some cherry in the nose. But this one is more grassy hopped than tart fruitiness. Despite that contradiction it was a crisp effervescent and refreshing beer.
