Developed and brewed by Ryan Morrow (Nickel Brook) and Sam Corbeil (Sawdust City), this year’s version of 11.05 is an Imperial Saison that has a “citrusy goodness from oranges, lemons, grapefruits, tangerines and limes,” resulting in “a refreshing beer that contains the juice of five fruits you can enjoy all day long.”

Pours a hazy light-golden colour with a small white cap. Saison aromas with the fresh grassy hops, citrus notes and the Belgian Ale yeast. The mouthfeel is slightly thick. The taste shows the Imperial aspect of this brew with the extra sweetness, balanced with the rest of the Saison found in the nose. Oranges and honey hints. A pretty nice version of this style.
