Sampled on 4/18/2010 at the brewery/brewpub. This wheat beer pours a slightly cloudy medium gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is banana and clove, wheaty and citrusy. A light to medium bodied wheat. The malts are cereal and grainy with a bunch of banana and clove. The hops are a touch floral and a little citrusy. Good carbonation. Nice balance between the banana and clove and the citrusy hops. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

on draft at NBBC. Cloudy yellow w/ a big banana nose. The flavor isn't as crisp as I would expect in a wheat beer, but it was quaffable. On the whole, it was an OK beer.
