500 ml capped bottle. Poured a cloudy dark brown-red coloured Dunkles Weizen with a generous two fingers beige creamy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is spicy, cloves, fruity, bananas, roasted malts, wheat, yeast and notes of smoke. The flavour is wheat malts, yeast, fruity, bananas. The mouthfeel is creamy and quite thin. This medium bodied Weizen has a dry roasted malts finsih. The palate does not keep all the promises of the smell.
