500 ml capped bottle. Poured a cloudy copper-brown coloured Weisse with a three fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, yeast, spicy, cloves, fruity, bananas, aciditic fruits, citrus. The flavour is wheat malts, yeast, spicy, cloves, fruity, ripe bananas, apricots, big aciditic fruits, citrus.The mouthfeel is fizzy and quite thin. This medium bodied Weisse has a lingering aciditic fruits finish. A Weisse with charakter.
