We've tapped our newest Brewer's Choice beer, a Smoked Porter, just in time for the change in weather! Perfect for the season as the days get colder and shorter, the smoky flavor of this beer more than makes up for the fact that we don't have a fireplace here at Nebraska Brewing Co! By adding about 1/3 cherry smoked malt to this beer, we've created a wonderfully satisfying porter with flavors of caramel, dark chocolate, and a bit of citrus all bound together by a sweet smoky backbone. If you're a dark beer lover you've got to come and try this! (You should actually come and try it even if you're not a dark beer lover--who knows you might surprise yourself and like it!)
