A beer brewed trying to reproduce what the beers where like in Sweden before lager made is triumphant entry 100 years ago. Made with 5% honey, 10% smoked malt from Gotland and German aroma hops as the tradition says, and also American Cascade hops, just because it is good.

Reddish brown with a gigantic beige foam. Tarry and smokey aroma of ham and licorice. Dry smokey flavour of tar, rope and ham with a light grapefruity note. Dry tarry aftertaste. Rather extreme. Really good!
