Pours out in a cloudy pale orange appearance with a big firm, sticky white head. Banana, cloves and lemon in the aroma with distinct undertone of elder. Yeasty banana flavour with strong notes of lemon and elder. Wheaty, yeasty finish with dry note of elder

Bottle, RBESG 2005, Grand Tasting. Lovely hefe aroma (cloves, bananas) with a substantial contribution made by elderflowers. Flavour is again hefe with elderflowers. A quite nice beer this one!
