Like a typical day on the river, our Porter offers a smooth ride and a roasty finish...over and over, again. When the Pattons Run Porter hits the taps, the heat of Summer has hit the road. Making room for cool Fall days filled with clear skys...and chilly nights nestled by the camp fire...beer in hand. An easy drinking, roasty brew that lighter in body that some of it's peers, yet it's full of bold flavor. Like the coming of Fall, our porter is a welcome arrival and a sign that the busiest season of our year is upon us.

Ruddy translucent brown, wafer thin cap. Great sweet smoke aroma-- caramel, sugar, and rich coffee with just the right char. Sweet smoke flavor off the bat with good woody char in the middle, cocoa on the edges, sweet but not creamy. Rich but wet, good carbonation. Great complement to salty and tangy foods.
