Antigoon is a real WIPA, a Wheat IPA. Full-bodied, like any wheat beer, but a spicy touch is noticeable. Our Antigoon is therefore - contrary to legend - the friend of many beer lovers!

330ml bottle from Total Wine, Scottsdale, AZ, at a forgotten price. Cloudy orange pour with an ample white head and nice lacing. Spicy and yeasty aroma. Full-bodied mouthfeel. Decent flavour of spices and some candy sugar.

Pours a somewhat hazy dark golden with a thick and rather persistent off-white head that leaves some decent lacing. The bottle I got foamed like crazy, so open with caution! Strong aroma is fruity, mainly apple with hints of pear and orange, with a yeasty undertone and just a hint of hops. Rich, mouth-filling flavor is malty and fruity, a little sweet, with hints of butterscotch, banana and caramel as well as a touch of hops - it seems as though each sip is a little different. Dee-lishus! Texture is creamy and fizzy, leaving behind a tingly, fruity, slightly sweet, slightly hoppy and edgy finish. Heartily recommended!

bought this because the label featured a guy with his hand cut off...I then had to research the Belgian legend and it made sense. Cloudy orange and very yeasty smelling. Nice weight in terms of body/mouthfeel. A great dash of spices to set it off with some light fruity flavors.

A semi-cloudy yellow beer. A big frothy textured ehite head rises robustly above. Good hang time. Settled ino a thick ringlet and big fluffs of film. Beautiful yeasty-spiced nose. Medium-full bodied. Nice yeast, cornucopia of spices, flowers and herbs. Very good
