Bought in September 2005 on my trip to Quebec City, with S8n. Pours a yellow-amber with a bit of pink colour with many sediments of different tiny size floating around. Creamy-foam white head that is a good size, has decent retention and leaves thick patches of lacing. The nose is bitter with canberries and good notes of maple syrup, after breathing some time. Watery mouthfeel with some light tart and lightly carbonated. Mmm... great taste ! Starts off with the fruit, sour, mildly bitter and dry cranberry. Then finishes with a smooth maple aftertaste. Excellent blend of two great sources, and a nice success for Multi-Brasses, for a refreshing spring brew.
