500 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Debringer goblet an unfiltered, light hazy and gushing golden-orange coloured Kellerbier with a two fingers light beige and soapy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is bready malts, notes of caramel and hay, spicy tones, cinnamom and herbal hops. The flavour is light sweety malts, caramel, notes of fruits, citrus , faint herbal hops. The mouthfeel is crispy, fizzy, light hoppy biiter and a bit sticky. The texture is light oily.
