Sampled from bottle at the SBC. Pours cloudy fucia. Mild fruity spicy aroma. The flavor of the chamomile overshadows the blackberry. Good wit beer base. Needs more fruit!

Pours a beautiful, misty, mauvy-pink with small, lasting head. The aroma is dominated by the spicings used in this beer; namely, coriander, citrus, and chamomile notes. The flavor is wheaty with spice playing major role and blackberries lending a pleasant tartness. Medium bodied with effervescent carbonation. Nice fruit beer overall with no cloying sweetness.
