This is fruitier than most meads I’ve had. It’s really quite a fine mead, except for the fact that it’s way too sweet for semi-dry. I would say sweet, but I think of Sweet Melissa and Apis Jadwiga when I think sweet and this is not that rich. There is that hint of agave (at least I’m assuming it’s agave because it’s the fruitiness from pulque I had once. It’s far from the snot-like consistency of pulque, though, and that’s a good thing.
