Zombie Killer Cherry Cyser is made with Michigan tart cherry juice, apple cider and star thistle honey. It is sweet but balances nicely with the tart cherries. Be careful...it is extremely addicting and refreshing. Serve cold...Zombies hate the cold!

Pours clear coppery with a thick and frothy, though effervescent, eggshell head. Aroma presents strong notes of sour apple, tart cherry, and fresh honey. Sweet honey comes forth more strongly in the flavor, but apple and cherry are still present and pucker- worthy. Sweet and sour balance very nicely. Texture is firm, smooth and fizzy, good for a mead. This will get you in the mood for zombie slaying.

Pours out a bubbly blush color with no head. The aroma smells like apple cider vinegar. The mouthfeel is thin & tart. The taste is very clean and refreshing not a beer more like a wine cooler.

This poured a purple-ish pink color with no head. The aroma contains some apple, honey, and cherries. The flavor is rather sweet with a strong cherries presence and honey. Some sour apples in the finish. Overall a very nice mead.

Hazy salmon color, like a watermelon and cantaloupe lemonade. Sweet, but tart in a grape winey way, easy to imagine paired with cheese. Much sweeter in flavor than it smells, it still makes me think of brie. Apple sweetness comes through more than cherry tartness. Barely effervescent and seems heavy.

Clear ruby tinged honey color, no head but a constant white ringlet, no lacing. Light tart apples upfront in flavor and nose, giving way to light sweet then sour cherries all with the promised honey in the background. Very refreshingly different and flavorful. The meld works well. Fantastic label art.

Light strawberry color body. Mellow fruitiness from the cherries with a dry apple tartness to enhance the neutral honey. Mildly sweet and really enjoyable.
