This poured a hazy light gold colour, moderately carbonated, and with a smallish white head. Aroma was subdued and pleasant, being the prototypical hefeweizen. Taste and aftertaste were nice, a tiny bit of sweetness being detectable at the end. Mouthfeel also not bad.
