BREWMASTER'S ORIGINAL NOTES* mild clean bitterness, german spalter hops, subtle hop flavor - malt focused, but balanced. lots of munich, some pils, melanoidin, honey, caramel? danish lager, german lager yeast- 6-8 week residence time ferment @ 48-50 F, lager in horizontal aging tanks @ 32 F, light copper to orange
