didn't know what to expect here...pours a hazy light yellow...aroma funky peaches. sweet and sour, subtle and enticing. light fizzy texture, even at 7% fits the beer. just a hint of tartness and barnyard with fresh peach flavor. very refreshing and a beer i'll be sure to revisit in the summer. best peach beer i've had.

Sampled at the North Park Belgian Beer Party at my house on 3-29-08. Pours with a slightly cloudy, pale yeallow body topped by a thin to medium thick white head with a good amount of lacing. It’s slightly sour and lemony with a touch of grassy bitterness. Light bodied and crisp.

I don’t buy this as a lambic, not even close, but I do buy this as a witbier. Nicely fruity aroma, but again, that fruitiness is fairly vague. In fact, I’m not sure that the fruitiness from the yeast isn’t stronger than the actual fruit. Good, strong wheat in the flavor backed up by only the faintest acidity as with a typical witbier. Good level of carbonation. Overall the best of the three I tried.
