Pours out in a hazy dark blonde appearance with a small firm white head. Rather peaty and mildly peppery aroma with touches of minerals, an d ashes. Medium-bodied with rounded malty notes of biscuits and neutral yeast with growing undertones of tar, peat, pepper and crisp wet grassy hops. Long crisp grassy hoppy finish with dryish notes of peat and minerals. Those sleeping old German beer styles is quite funny!
