Taps clear yellow with a nice fine parchment head that generates good lacing. Aroma yields crisp malt, zesty sweet apple and resiny hops. Flavor offers crisp malt, bitter hops and zesty apple. Texture provides decent body and lively fizz. A toast to Monday.
