Brewed with two types of wheat including caramel wheat, traditional German weizen yeast, German Tettnang Hops, Rye,and just a kiss of smoked malt, this ale is high in flavor diversity and taste, but lower in alcohol than some of our other offerings. Banana bread, Cocoa toasted brown marshmallows crisp, dark rye, caramel and just a wisp of sweet smoke are the flavors to expect.

On tap @ Moccasin Bend. Light brown amber color, short head, some lacing. Inviting aromas and flavors of bananas and chocolate, caramel, wet wheat, very light on the hops, very German with the yeast strain. Easy to drink and flavorful, satisfying.

Dark copper color white head. Aroma contains caramel, cherries, bananas, and wheat. Flavor is malty with some banana, dark fruit, and cherries. Overall a nice beer.
